Work on the Residential Tower has commenced.
This aerial shot was taken on 13th March, 2007 and depicts the final stages of work on the Podium Deck (Level 5). The structure to date incorporates 6,995 cu.m. of concrete and well over 700 tonnes of reinforcing steel. The main structural work to the Podium Deck is now complete and includes the foundations of the massive lagoon swimming pool. This deck is also the ground floor of the first level of the Residential Tower on which work has now commenced. Once they have reached Level 8 the floor plate will become typical and thereafter Sunbuild are programming to complete a residential floor every 6 working days. Completion of the whole project is programmed for April, 2008. The apartments are now 70% sold. Thirty apartments are still available - commencing now from $700,000 on Level 16.
